No, Our CBD products will not get you high.
Whilst CBD does come from the hemp plant – which is renowned for inducing a high. The psychoactive compound, THC, has been removed from all our products so we can guarantee you won’t feel any of these effects.
You may feel more relaxed, less anxious or stressed and even more content in your overall mood.
It may even help you get a great nights sleep.
The level of CBD in each product will be shown on the description.
Everyone will have a different tolerance level to CBD and the effect will vary.
We suggest you start off with 10-30mg per day in whatever size format that take with the product you have chosen.
To reach toxic levels of CBD you would need to ingest a ridiculously huge 20,000mg either all at once or in a short span of time.
So, eating a few more CBD Gummies than you are used to won’t cause you any problems. However, we recommend that our customers keep within the recommended dosage limit of 70mg of CBD per-day.
The ingredients for each CBD product should be located in the description of each product.
ReTURNS & REFUND POLICY
Your happiness with our bags is so important for us, but as all of our CDB products are classed as a food related product, once it has been delivered and opened we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns, unless the product is damaged. If the product appears to be damaged on the outside packaging, please inform the courier if possible and do not accept the parcel.
We will only accept issue refunds if the product is faulty or incorrect.
If the packaging is faulty, the bag(s) MUST NOT be opened and must remain sealed.
If your order is incorrect, then please contact us right away.
If you are not happy with any element of how the product arrives to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org giving details of your order number, your issue with the product and any supporting proof of issue (e.g. photo evidence)
If a refund is agreed, this will be returned to your method of payment within 3-5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us before returning any parcels to us.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
When an item is out of stock we will try and remove it from our website as quickly as we can until it is available again.
If you have selected a product that goes out of stock while your order is being prepared we will replace it with more of some of the same sweets you have chosen. If more than 2 products go out of stock, we will contact you and ask which products you would like more of from the items you have already selected.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO
We have variable rates for UK delivery. This is based on the weight and location of the order.
£3.90 – £8.99 for Standard UK Mainland (3-5 working days)
£4.35 – £10.99 for Express Delivery UK Mainland (1-2 working days)
£10.99 – Scottish Highland and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight. (3-5 working days)
£11.99 – Northern Island (3-5 working days)
When an order is placed, you will receive an email indicating that we have received your order for packing.
This will then be sent to our packing team and your Sweet Cheeks® order will be prepared.
This will normally be within 1-2 days of the date or order.
Once your product has been picked, packed and shipped, you will get another email letting you know its on its way with relevant tracking details.
The length of time the delivery then takes will be dependant on the shipping you choose at checkout, but at the very most will be 3-5 business days.

All packages will be tracked and must be signed for in accordance to the current pandemic contact restrictions.
We use multiple carriers dependant on size of orders and also areas being delivered to.
This is due to the costs of carriers varying. We use multiple carriers to help keep the costs affordable for both you are ourselves.
Carriers we use will either be YODEL, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD or Hermes.
Tracking information will be provided.
All parcels must be signed for in accordance with all current pandemic restrictions.
We currently only ship to UK.
If your parcel does not arrive in the selected timeframe, then first of all you can use the tracking code that would have been sent to you. You will then see the status and location of the parcel in our couriers system.
If you still cannot find where you parcel is then please get in touch with us via our contact page and we will do our best to trace your parcel.
If in the unlikely event that the courier mislays your parcel, Sweet Cheeks can not accept liability for this loss, however we will raise a claim on your behalf and retrieve any available monies lost to you. The amount able to be recovered may vary as some couriers only insure parcels up to a maximum value of £20 for their standard claims. We do not take out extra insurance for our parcels as this would make the shipping too expensive for our customers.
If an incorrect delivery address has been entered by you at checkout, Sweet Cheeks can also not be help liable for the non-delivery of the parcel and a “returns charge” may be issued to us by our courier which in turn would need to be deducted from any refunds owed to you as the customer.
